This interactive simulation allows students to role-play characters with diverse life circumstances that impact their ability to vote, helping them explore real-world barriers to voting such as registration status, transportation, and caregiving responsibilities. The activity includes three versions reflecting different election contexts: modern general and primary elections, and a Jim Crow-era election, each designed to deepen students understanding of voter access, systemic challenges, and electoral processes.
